Design Standard JB/T7255 Operating parameters： Exhaust volume:11000m³/h Discharge pressure:0.2MPa（G） Produce features： ʌSingle-stage and single-action, axial intake and exhaust, specially designed impeller and distributor combination, when the extraction volume and compression ratio are ensured, the pump efficiency will be significantly improved; ʌDouble-suction exhaust port, by means of maintenance window in the pump cover, the corrosion and scaling situation in the pump impeller and distributor can be observed, so the gap can be checked to ensure the pump running in the best condition. ʌTwo structure of packing seal and mechanical seal can meet the needs of different shaft seal; ʌThe rotating part of the compressor runs without contact in the working chamber, axial and radial load are borne by different bearing, it ensures the smooth, safe and reliable operation of the compressor. ʌThe flow passage component of compressor is made from corrosion-resistant material, it is used to pump and compress corrosive gas or corrosive liquid as the working fluid of the compressor. The polymer wear-resisting and corrosion protective layer is served as the lining of the general material, this design can reduce the cost of equipment purchase. |
